7. Payment Terms

1. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the project contract or invoice.
2. Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per applicable laws or contractual terms.
3. Ownership of deliverables remains with Josh Automation until full payment is received.

8. Taxes and Duties

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The client is responsible for any local duties, levies, or taxes applicable to the services.

9. Warranties and Support

1. Warranty terms for installed systems will be as per the manufacturer’s policy unless otherwise specified.
2. Post-installation support and maintenance are available under separate service agreements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
